Real Estate Property Manager

Ray White Rural Longreach | Barcaldine is seeking a full-time Property Manager to join our successful Longreach Branch. We are a successful, award-winning, motivated team and are looking for the right person to commence in our expanding office immediately.

You must be willing to obtain or successfully hold a salesperson registration certificate. You will receive excellent support and ongoing training with Ray White, an industry leader.

Working in a modern office as part of a team the right candidate will need:

• Good knowledge of computers (incl. Microsoft Office, Gmail, website, Mail merging etc)
• Current driver’s license

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of investment rental properties & all duties involved
• Maintaining client rapport and communication
